Missionary Letter:
DEAR COLLABORATORS OF GOD: FEBRUARY 2008.
Greetings to you all from the city of Bata, Equatorial Guinea, África.
We give thanks to God the opportunity to communicate with you and to tell you of the advance of the work in this place. We request to God, His blessings over each activity that you undertake.
For the grace of God in this month no illness has affected us, this has helped us to continue faithful in the teaching to children, youths and adults in each ministry that we have implemented. As consequence of this the spiritual growth has been reflected in better attitudes and personal behavior of them.
On February 24, we celebrated our first Lord´s supper completing one of the ordinances for the Church and obeying our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This was the first time some brethren did it biblically. They saw the difference from the way it’s done in Catholicism. The Lord is opening their minds to receive the good Doctrine and the most important thing is that they are keeping it in their hearts. To God be the glory. We request you to continúe praying for Mount Abarim Baptist Church of Ecuatorial Guinea.
We continue adapting to our new house and the blessings of God have never lacked, covering each one of our necessities. He has given us many things: a new well of water, banana plants, an avocado tree, and Bro. Acacio gave us a great fish; it was the first of the fishing with the net that the Lord provided him.
In order to have electricity, God allowed us to acquire a generator at a good price, with a native friend from Mali who is Muslim and to whom I have given testimony of Christ several times.
We request you help us to pray, for the construction of the building for the Church, the budget that we have, including the purchase of the land is of 30,000 dollars.
We encourage you to participate with us in this project and that it will be as a sign of the purpose of God of reaching this country with the message of the Gospel. Each one of us can participate in this, obeying the voice of God and proposing in our heart to support, with the desire of seeing the souls of these people in heaven.
My brethren there is a lot of work and need for help, although the enemy of God tries to destroy His work. As family we are willing to build a different Church, with healthy Doctrine, been founded in the rock that is Christ. We encourage the Churches that have a part in the work in this place and are supporting our ministry, to consider a missionary visit, or if God puts in your heart a call to the missionary field, don't forget Equatorial Guinea.
Praise to God in our Sunday services we have had, some visitors, of which two have received to Christ as Lord and Savior, as well as many youths of the school and the English's classes that we impart have made their decision for Christ. To God be the glory, because He knows their hearts.
We request your prayers, for our protection, health and for some decisions that we should take short term. We are thankful for the time that you dedicate to our favor in prayer and your faithful economic support that allows us to stay in this place as representatives of your Church. God blesses you rich and generously. Greetings until the next time.
God Bless you and greetings until the next time.
